1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Guava Wallet Intelligence ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Guava Wallet Intelligence provides blockchain wallet analysis, risk scoring, and intelligence services across multiple blockchain networks. Our services include:

  • Wallet risk analysis and scoring
  • Token security checks
  • Portfolio tracking
  • Whale tracking and alerts
  • API access for developers
  • Telegram bot integration

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
  • To scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access the Service beyond API rate limits

5. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

  • Comply with all rate limits associated with your subscription tier
  • Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Not use the API to build competing services
  • Properly attribute data sourced from our API when displayed publicly

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cryptocurrency Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis, and you are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid for the duration of your subscription.

We currently accept cryptocurrency payments via third-party payment processors (including, but not limited to, NOWPayments). By choosing to pay in cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All crypto payments are final and generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Network congestion, gas fees, price volatility, and other blockchain-specific risks are outside of our control and are borne by you.
  • Your subscription will only activate (or renew) after the payment processor confirms that your transaction has reached a sufficient number of network confirmations.
  • You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the correct address and network specified at checkout; we are not liable for funds sent to the wrong address or network.
  • You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or regulatory obligations arising from your use of the Service and your cryptocurrency payments.

We reserve the right to change pricing, supported cryptocurrencies, and payment processors at any time. Where required by law or by our processors (including KYC/AML obligations and sanctions screening), we may request additional information from you before completing or continuing to provide the Service.

7. Analytics and Tracking

We use analytics services to understand how users interact with our Service and to improve user experience. By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to the use of:

  • Google Analytics: Collects anonymized data about page views, traffic sources, and user behavior. You can opt-out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Records user sessions and generates heatmaps to help us understand how users navigate our site. Clarity automatically masks sensitive input fields and does not capture passwords or payment information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided
  • The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service
  • The accuracy of any risk scores or security assessments

Important: Our risk scores and security assessments are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Always do your own research before making investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Guava Wallet Intelligence, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Investment decisions made based on information provided by the Service

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Guava Wallet Intelligence. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
